I am excited to release the free update for Version 2.4 today! As you open your system, the software will automatically update itself. It takes about 4 minutes to download depending on your connection speed and then you are on your way.
In addition to a vastly improved layout design, now you can navigate to a new Journal module to do your journaling all from one place. Rather than clicking around to the Audition module and then over to Events to journal about a coaching, simply go to the Journal module and click “New Record.”
You will also notice new journal forms to help jog your memory and make your journaling more thorough.
When you create a new record in the Journal module, you will presented with a choice to use several new “Journal Forms” which will make journaling faster and more comprehensive.
When you create a new Journal record, you can chose between several forms in this pop-up list.
Now the status area is defaulted to stay open so you can quickly click to add a new record, delete a record, or use the “rolodex” to scroll through records.
With the status area open in version 2.4, you can toggle between layouts in a snap.

The update went smoothly, it only took about 4 minutes on my cable internet connection. I LOVE the journal component. It’s great and really enhances the Audition assessment reports. I also really like the multi-field filtering on the repertoire, because I like to keep my opera, oratorio and recital repertoire separate. I think the updated look is good too, and the added Event module.
